Intense straw yellow color; immediately presents a good citrus note, sweet and persistent, combined with a spicy complexity brought in a particular way by Enula Campana, Curcuma Zedoaria and Cardamomo. Complex, pleasantly sweet and with a very long persistence on the palate above the good alcohol and structure of the base wine, Gavi. The possible glazing is the natural evolution of the raw materials that have been used in the craftsmanship of the recipe.
